Obagi Tretinoin Gel 0.05% is a highly effective prescription-only retinoid that works deep within the skin to improve cell turnover, clear congestion, and reduce the appearance of acne, fine lines, and hyperpigmentation.
As part of a medical-grade skincare routine, tretinoin is often considered the gold standard in clinical anti-ageing and acne therapy. This gel-based formula absorbs quickly and is suitable for oilier or combination skin types.

Apply a pea-sized amount to clean, dry skin in the evening.
Avoid the eye area, corners of the nose, and lips.
Use 2–3 times a week to begin, then increase frequency as tolerated.
Always use SPF during the day when using retinoids.
