This brightening c-balancing toner is formulated to help balance the pH levels of normal to oily skin, while helping increase the penetration of the c-clarifying serum and key CRx System ingredients.
Added Vitamin C promotes collagen synthesis as it diminishes hyperpigmentation and neutralizes free radicals. As this toner contains soothing ingredients, this product will not cause irritation, redness or tightness after use

Key Ingredient(s): Aloe Vera, Panthenol
Application Area: Face
Use twice daily, in the morning and evening after cleansing.
Place a cotton ball over the top and apply 3-4 pumps of toner.
Apply to the entire face and let dry.
Follow with the Obagi CRx C-Clarifying Serum.Â
